What does a Assistant Shift Security Supervisor in Calgary do?
- Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.
- Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.
- Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.
- Providing excellent customer service to various tenants.
- Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.
- Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis.
- Coordinating day to day operations to the shift supervisor
Qualifications we require for an Assistant Shift Security Supervisor in Calgary
- 1-3 years experience in security supervisor experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Valid Alberta Security license
- Must be able to work 4/4 12 hour rotational shift 2 days/2 nights
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest
- Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
