Assistant Shop Manager, Lutterworth

Rainbows is excited to open a brand-new shop in Lutterworth later this year. Our retail shops are essential in raising funds to support the babies, children, young people, and their families that we support. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to ensure the success of our Lutterworth store.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to self-motivate.

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITMENT FOR TWO ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS, WORKING 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK OVER 3 DAYS. THIS INCLUDES WEEKEND WORKING. THIS ROLE REQUIRES FLEXIBILITY TO COVER HOLIDAYS AND ABSENCES AS NEEDED.

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will support the Shop Manager in delivering a high-quality retail service. You will help achieve performance targets and standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing the Lutterworth shop, deputising for the manager when necessary.
• Ensure efficient management of staff, volunteers, premises, and stock.
• Provide exceptional customer care and maintain a professional and enticing shop layout.
• Drive customer loyalty and represent Rainbows Children’s Hospice professionally on the high street.
