We are looking for an Assistant for this promising project!
Working Place: Sonae Sierra’s Central Offices in Maia
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary or administrative assistant
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level is mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and proactive
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Monitor public procurement platforms and support the submission of public tenders on said platforms;
- Oversee the purchase and payment orders for supplier invoices and other expenses as well as issuing invoices, receipts and all types of business documents;
- Provide administrative assistance, answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner and organise meetings and team communications as well as plan events, both internal and offsite;
- Issue and distribute correspondence: letters, emails and memos;
- Support and follow up on insurance participation processes regularly;
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records;
- Perform other related duties as assigned;
