KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualifications: Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field; certification in spa therapy or management is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting, with some leadership or supervisory background.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with knowledge of spa treatments and industry trends.
• Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, approachable, proactive, and supportive, with a strong client-focused mindset.

• Team Supervision: Assist in managing and scheduling staff, ensuring team members are motivated, trained, and adhere to spa protocols.
• Customer Service: Address client concerns, provide exceptional service, and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
• Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, including maintaining supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all spa areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Sales and Marketing Assistance: Help in promoting spa services and products, upselling treatments, and organising promotions to attract new clients.
• Financial Oversight: Support budgeting, process payments, monitor expenses, and assist with achieving financial goals.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
