Assistant Spa Manager

5* Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is currently recruiting an Assistant Spa manager to work within our fabulous Spa.

• To ensure the delivery of a high standard of customer care and service is always provided in every area of the business
• In the absence of the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Spa
• Stock control including the ordering of retail and salon products in line with Budget and business levels as set out
• In conjunction with the Spa Manager, setting stock sales targets on a monthly basis for therapists
• Assist with rostering to ensure adequate levels of staff to maximise business needs
• Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers
• To drive sales and meet agreed sales targets.
• To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel
• To assist in empowering, encouraging and promoting employees to make on the spot guest satisfaction decisions
• To anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction
