REQUIREMENTS

3 Years minimum experience
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Spa experience with at least 2 years in a management role. CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO qualifications are desirable

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the SPA Manager, Assistant SPA Manager will be responsible for smooth running of the SPA, and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality service in the SPA.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Oversee the entire Spa operation to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements
Be passionate about world class hospitality service in a 4* environment
Assisting in the financial returns of the Spa and driving the business forward
Management of a team of highly trained Spa therapists, Attendants and Receptionist with a focus on training and development
Motivating the team to be the best they can in what they do
