Description:
Responsibilities:
The special projects team are recruiting an Assistant Special Project officer to support the Senior Special Projects Officer and play an integral role within a small team managing the Councils PFI scheme for six schools and a library facility in Bridlington.
The role includes a variety of tasks which includes:
- Monitoring the contract between the Council and providers, and to review the services between all parties
- Undertaking site inspections, reporting and monitoring actions
- Providing support and assistance to ensure the delivery of project outcomes
- Supporting new and ongoing projects, monitoring progress to completion and creating orders/ invoices for these goods and services to be delivered
The team have developed good working relationships with both external stakeholders and internal colleagues to help deliver positive outcomes, supporting a combination of maintained and academy schools and library on a day-to-day basis.
