Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
Assist the Stakeholder manager to build and maintain strong and resilient relationships with key stakeholders across Auckland. The strength of those relationships will enable civil construction and maintenance activity to proceed in a smooth and consistent way and will enhance the reputation of all alliance participants.
Keeping stakeholders informed and addressing any issues as they arise is key to building strong relationships. As a key part of our team, you will:
- Sustain strong and trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders – proactively engaging face-to-face wherever possible.
- Build strong relationships with the civil construction & maintenance teams to clearly understand the construction programme.
- Develop and sustain relationships with client representatives, Managers, and Communication team members.
- Engage in active problem-solving and trouble-shooting for various aspects of the project on stakeholder and public relations. Assisting the Stakeholder Manager to provide solutions that deliver strong results.
This role is based from our Penrose Hawkins office and travel within the role is required.
