QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret selling reports and adapt to business needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a commercial awareness to drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, meet budget objectives, and monitor monthly profitability.
- Educate and train associates on current collections, brand pillars, and seasonal strategies, working with internal teams for product support.
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales experiences to build and retain customer loyalty.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on business trends, including competitor performance.
- Manage daily merchandise processing, including incoming and outbound shipment requests.
- Support staff development through coaching, performance reviews, and timely feedback.
- Allocate staff resources and schedules to optimize sales and customer service.
