SO WHATS THE STORY - Assistant Store Manager - ROERMOND OUTLET
We are looking for an engaging, inspirational Assistant Store Manager to help lead the diverse team for 30hrs at our Roermond Outlet store.
Our Assistant Store Manager will work in hand in hand with our Store Manager creating a strong partnership to provide leadership and direction, guiding their team to provide an outstanding service offer that supports the delivery and growth of Dr. Martens. While also focusing on your own development, you will be a driving force in cultivating a great working environment within your store always ensuring your teams well-being is at the heart of your decision making.
