We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store.
In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the team delivers exceptional service, meets sales goals, and maintains a well-organized and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
• Lead and mentor the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing inventory, stock replenishment.
• Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective team performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Step in to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles, preferably in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on team.
• Proficiency in retail systems such as Shopify.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

Full time role, based in Collingwood, Victoria.
