Job description
As part of the Store’s leadership team (Store Manager, 2nd Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager), the Assistant Store Manager contributes to driving the store business through client development, service initiatives and coaching of staff.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Manage the shop floor to ensure the best possible service level at all times
- Be an ambassador of Hermès: demonstrate active presence on the sales floor, show exemplarity and excellence in all client interactions
- Support the sales team in managing challenging situations
- Contribute to in- and out-of-store client events and experiences
