We have the perfect opportunity available to join our high performing and customer driven team at Four Square Oneroa.
Although experience in Grocery is preferred, it is not essential, with the ideal candidate having a positive and energetic approach, with a commitment to getting the job done.
The Role;

As Assistant Store Manager you will plan, lead, communicate, organise, and control the day-to-day running of the store to achieve the highest possible standards. With a focus on driving operational excellence and promoting a collaborative team culture, you’ll lead from the front and not be afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.

  • Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for
  • Assist in leading a team of 20+ and provide them an awesome place to work
  • Deliver strong growth by listening to your customers and understanding the competition
  • Learn to build the stores long-term strategy and then execute it on a day to day basis
  • Operating in the tight-knit community of Waiheke – you’ll connect with community everyday to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction!

  • An ability to listen, advise and come up with commercially savvy, customer driven, solutions
  • Leadership capability you can demonstrate, with 20+ people in the team it’s not always easy
  • The ability to self-motivate and manage alongside the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Understand the commercial side a retail business and ultimately, how to trade the box!
