Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
SKILLS
- Strong math skills for budgeting and inventory control
- Previous experience in store management or related field
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and inventory control practices
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training sessions

- Assist in managing store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
