We seek an inspiring Assistant Manager to join our Geelong store. This role is Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with one late-night shift on Friday until 9 PM. We are looking for someone with excellent operational skills who can balance store operations with customer engagement, ensuring the Store Manager is supported in maintaining a well-functioning store.

- Proven experience in a similar retail or leadership role.
- Strong operational and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team.
- Balance operational duties such as stock management, visual merchandising, and store processes with customer service excellence.
- Represent our iconic Australian fashion brand as a brand ambassador, inspiring our customers.
- Create a vibrant store atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with VIP customers.
- Assist the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets by leveraging leadership skills and business acumen.
