REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and reliable
- Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcomeAble to work efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
- Bring customers to their tables.
- Serving of food and beverages
- Clearing and setting up of tables
- Preparation of condiments, beverages and desserts
- Sending of bills and cashiering
- Wiping of utensils
- Cleaning of store – mopping, sweeping, wiping of glass and mirrors, etc.
- Attending to customers’ needs
- Answering phone call and customers’ inquiries
- Making daily sales report and updating maintenance report
- Recording food loss and handling of cash
- Item management (ingredients, products, etc.)
- Store Management (equipment, petty cash, etc.)
- Ordering from suppliers, maintaining inventory list and stocktaking
- Training and coaching of staff
- Planning of schedules and section planning
- Learn about food and beverage knowledge, and company’s culture
- Leading store’s daily meeting – reviewing operations and sales
- Handling and resolving incidents and customers’ complaints
- Reporting to the Store Manager/District Manager
- Communicate and share information with staff as well as departments in HQ
- Providing suggestion and feedback regarding store operations and promotions
- Interviewing and selection of part time employees
- Analyse sales report and sales figures
