You’ll love it here! We are growing our retail community and are on the lookout for incredible talent as an assistant store manager – sales. As an assistant store manager, which we call an Assistant Store Leader – Sales/Mobile, you will work full-time to lead and coach a team of mobile and sales advisors and work together to create an amazing customer experience.
We ask that you are flexible to travel to the following locations: Ottawa West, Ottawa East, and Kanata. The successful candidate will be assigned a permanent store leader position in one of these places.

What you’ll do as an assistant store manager:

  • Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service
  • Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun
  • Oversee store KPI’s (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety)
  • Maintain a healthy profit and loss
  • Advising customers on various mobile service providers and training the team on everything mobile

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates
  • 2+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
  • Previous experience working with a telecom or mobile service provider
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
  • In this role you may be placed permanently in any of our store locations in the Ottawa / Kanata area. The ability to commute to those locations are required
