Description:

At Sephora, we stand together and we stand for something more. As our next Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key team member who inspires, has a passion for people and development, leads by example and makes life a little more beautiful for our clients and team members. Every day will bring new and exciting challenges so get ready to think creatively, work strategically and continuously explore to lead your store to success. This is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.

You’ll shine here if you enjoy:

  • Creating Amazing Customer Experiences. You’ll partner with the wider store management team and lead by example to create meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty. You’ll be systems savvy and use Sephora tools and data to measure KPIs and propose action plans to elevate the client experience.
  • Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations. You’ll use your top-notch organizational skills to drive operational initiatives and ensure profitability and efficiency of your store. You’ll ensure the store represents our brand and culture, using our policies, values, and best practices as your guide.
  • Enhancing Team Culture. As an inspirational leader with a collaborative spirit you can maintain an inclusive and positive culture where everyone is valued and recognized. You measure your success on your teams success and have the ability to provide customised feedback both positive and constructive.
  • Maintaining Results. We love to keep an eye on the KPIs that drive our business. Core metrics help us measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You’re passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
  • You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or store management experience in a smaller retailer
  • You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
  • You’re a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
  • You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings

While at Sephora, you’ll enjoy

  • The people. You’ll be surrounded by some of the most talented, supportive, and kind leaders and teams – people you can be proud to work with.
  • The product. You will get your hands on some amazing gratis and store discounts.
  • The salary package. Competitive salary, annual salary review, bonus program and incentives/commission.
  • The learning. We invest heavily in training for our leaders and store associates. Not just product knowledge, but building a personalized career plan with you so you continue to evolve and build your skills. You will have access to Sephora University Digital (online learning platform) as well as personal interactions with influential guest speakers.
  • The culture. As a leading beauty retailer, backed by the LVMH luxury brand, our reach is broad and our impact is global. Yet there’s always room to explore. It’s in our DNA to innovate and, at Sephora, all 40,000 passionate team members are united by a common goal - to reimagine the future of beauty. You can unleash your creativity, because we’ve got disruptive spirit. You can learn and evolve, because we empower you to be your best. You can be yourself, because you are what sets us apart. This, is the future of beauty. Reimagine your future, at Sephora.
