As an Assistant Manager of our newly open store in Tweed Heads you’ll be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations, and reporting directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager).
You will proactively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, manage staff schedules, and optimise business costs. Your domain includes both the showroom and warehouse, where you’ll concentrate on team training, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to excel.
