With over 50 retail stores across the country, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in their decor choices
  • Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
  • Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
  • Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
  • Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
