Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for Assistant Superintendent to provide regular or constant crew direction, coaching and feedback. Provide input as needed to Superintendent charged with performance management and annual reviews. Intention to move into Superintendent role on smaller tenant improvement or low dollar value jobs with full performance management responsibilities.
