Description:

HOT KITCHEN

  • Food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
  • Prepare food as directed and according to recipe
  • Ensure standard quantity and taste of food (as per SOP)
  • Ensure cleanliness of workplace
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties when required

REQUIREMENTS

Educational and Work experience

  • Relevant experience required
  • Must have at least 3 years F&B experience as Team Lead or Supervisory level

Expected Areas of Competence

  • Hands-on Skills (Operating of Food processing machines etc)
  • Cooking of Chinese cuisine skills
  • Able to maintain the kitchen well
  • Good kitchen hygiene habits/practice
  • Able to work mid night shift ie: 5am

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Supervisor reports to the Production Manager. The main responsibilities of the Assistant Supervisor are responsible for manufacturing and stuffing of a wide selection of food items, in addition to counting frozen, canned, baked, dried, and pasteurized products. Being an Assistant Senior Supervisor, you would lead the team in a fast moving production line, where food passing down on conveyor belts, through a variety of stages; mixing, cooking and packaging.
