JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

We are a established sushi manufacturer with multiple stores in supermarkets, known for our commitment to quality and authentic sushi. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Sushi Preparer and Store Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing sushi daily while also supervising the overall operations of the store.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare sushi and bentos with precision, adhering to our quality standards and recipes.
  • Ensure the freshness and presentation of sushi products to meet customer expectations.
  • Supervise and train the sushi preparation team, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to actively engage in selling and promoting products.
  • Monitor and control expenses to meet financial targets.In addition, you shall be responsible for discharging the duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sushi preparation and knowledge of sushi techniques.
  • Culinary skills and ability to create visually appealing sushi presentations.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain compliance.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings.
  • Passion for sushi and dedication to delivering exceptional quality.
