*We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jeffersonville, IN. The Supply Chain
Engineer
will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.

Responsibilities:

**

  • Forecastand manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
  • Managethe process ofprocurement, including sourcing,purchasing materials and components.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet delivery schedules.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with other departments, including production, engineering, and quality control, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to management.

**Qualifications:

**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role,preferably in the manufacturing industry. Internships or co-op experiences in related fields are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is considered an asset.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, ISM) is a plus.
