Working under the guidance of trained educators, Assistant Teachers contribute to the quality learning experiences for our students, and support in the curriculum delivery to help our students to acquire valuable skills and knowledge. Assistant Teachers also foster partnerships with parents and participate in the building of a more inclusive community involving various stakeholders, in the endeavour for Good Lives for our students.
Our Rainbow Centre Special Education Programme caters to students with multiple disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. With RC, you can expect a rewarding career in Special Education, making a difference in the lives of students with disabilities.
Assistant Teachers will receive mentorship and training to take on teaching responsibilities, including a potential nomination to complete a sponsored Diploma in Special Education (DISE) offered by the National Institute of Education (NIE).

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a good Diploma or Degree, preferably in a related field, with a strong interest in the special needs community
