We are recruiting a temporary Assistant Team Manager to cover a period of maternity leave.
The ATM will hold a small, complex caseload and fulfil the supervisory role to a limited number of Social Workers in our Children and Families Social Work team in Ammanford - a busy team with responsibility for child protection, care experienced children and children in need of care and support.
We know that good Social Workers can make the world of difference to children and families who need support, and we are committed to making sure our social workers have what they need to do their jobs.
We are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic and energetic person who can work collaboratively and guide and motivate a team to deliver a quality service to children, young people and their families, holding social workers to a high standard of practice.
The successful applicant will have experience of children’s social work practice including child protection and be able to apply legislation and guidance.
