We are looking for an Assistant to Charity & Promotion Director - Part-Time/24 hours weekly based at our International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, or administrative support is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and teachable for new PM specific programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetPassion for charitable work and community engagement
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for the Director of Charity and Promotion for all events
- Provide on-site travel assistance as required and organizational support to the Director during events
- Develop and prepare all event materials for the Director, ensuring high standards and consistency across events
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve standards and procedures together with team of Charity and Promotion department
- Manage and execute projects assigned by the Director in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle correspondence and manage telephone calls for the Director, including during travels
- Collaborate closely with secretaries/assistants of the CEO to ensure smooth communication and task execution as well as scheduling and maintaining calender coordination (private* as well as business).
- Perform general administrative and organizational tasks as required to support the department
- Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials as needed
- Support Social Media tasks and communications with Fitline Team PartnersCare for E-Mails, Inbox, Proper documentation, and organization of projects/subjects
