YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Apprenticeship in office administration or similar field
  • 3+ years in administrative support for senior-levelexecutives
  • Strong knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel travel policies and expensesystems
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • High level of flexibility, resilience, and initiative
  • Ability to handle data and information confidentially
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As the Assistant to the Global Head of Project Logistics, you will provide essential administrative support and coordinate various activities for our Project Logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to confidentiality and efficiency. You’ll be involved in everything from travel arrangements to event planning and communication management, making a meaningful impact to our global team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize business trips, manage travel expenses, and handleapprovals for the Global Head’s direct reports.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events (e.g., internationalproject meetings) and external events (e.g., customer events).
  • Create content and manage logistics for customer meetings.
  • Conduct research on specific topics, such as competitoranalysis.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, includingmarketing and branding efforts.
  • Facilitate and update communications on BlueNet, ensuringcurrent and organized information.
