Assistant to Head of Payments

We are looking for an assistant to the Head of Payments in a Gambling project to oversee the payment strategy and operations, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient payment processes.

• Market Analysis and Structuring: Gather, structure, and analyze market information to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance and Integration Support: Assist in navigating compliance processes and facilitate seamless integration with various payment systems and partners in EU and around the world.
• Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to the Head of Payments and other senior management, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Partner Relations: Identify and establish relationships with new partners, manage corporate correspondence, and execute tasks from initiation to completion.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with the legal department and technical integration team to ensure all payment processes comply with legal standards and technical requirements.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Head of Payments and enhance the efficiency of payment operations.REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in Online Gambling: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the online gambling industry.
• Payment Aggregator Integration: Proven experience in integrating payment partners.
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct effective negotiations with partners and stakeholders.
• English Proficiency: Strong knowledge of English, with a minimum level of B1+.
• Additional Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
