Responsibilities:
- Planning, organization and coordination: As an organizational talent, you will coordinate management appointments with internal and external stakeholders as well as the annual meeting of the renewables team, prepare the monthly update presentations for the team in coordination with the German and English-speaking management team and occasionally take minutes of the meetings and events.
- Contact, appointment and document maintenance: You will maintain management appointments and contacts in MS Outlook and make efficient use of our document filing systems and various communication channels.
- Office management: In addition to ordering materials such as hardware or work clothing, you will also order various services, e.g. catering.
- Personnel processes: As part of our annual employee evaluations, you will help to ensure that all processes are carried out successfully.
- Business travel management: You will book rail, hotel and air travel for the management and carry out travel expense reports for the management.
