JOB DESCRIPTION

• Agency appointment for Owner matters in various ports
• Handling visitors and new joiners in Japanese terminal (Visitor List for Japan port -Communication with local agents)
• Sending visitor information to vessels including Singapore anchorage
• KL crew list update (Coordinate with KL MPT)
• Insurance (Contact with Ins company)
• Crew matrix update on OCIMF website
• Sharing contact list with fleet vessels
• Updating port call list
• Quarterly communication drill with vessels
• Quarterly unannounced alcohol drill with vessels
• Annual unannounced D&A test
• Sharing circulars from KMSOL, Class, Flag etc with vessels
• Arranging MLNG meeting and making minutes
• Environment Report to Charterers (INPEX, Petronas)
• Managing Common Folders
• Arrangement of Online meeting with vessel – (occurs once a month, coordination of meetings including scheduling, setting up call etc.)
• SIFSC notification and planning with vessel. – (occurs quarterly
• Tangguh Local contents report to LGAS2
• Support on OPEX matters.
• Regular monitoring of appraisal report and safety meeting for MLNG vessels and bring to the notice of PIC
• Sharing of weather warnings etc.
• Managing and monitoring of SI visit to vessel as required by KLQSMS.
• Quarterly updating of Form-B, Form-C and Q 88 for fleet Vessels.
• Updating SIRE record
• Assist in OPEX and budget preparationAny ad-hoc duties as assigned
