Description:

This is a minimum wage job. You will need to be available to work on weekends and public holidays. Pilipino language ability is a must to work with the team. Drug test and police check will be requried for successful candidates.

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring the executive’s time is used effectively.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information.
  • Task Management: Assist with day-to-day tasks, including managing projects, coordinating events, and overseeing specific assignments to ensure timely completion.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation. Handle visa applications and other travel-related logistics.
  • Personal Errands: Assist with personal tasks and errands as required, including shopping, organizing events, and other activities.
  • Research: Conduct research and provide summaries or reports to support decision-making.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring the workspace is organized and efficient.
