Assistant/ Topside Engineering Manager (FPU)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
• Minimum 7 years in EPC projects for topsides engineering, Oil & Gas FPU systems
• Proficient in marine design software, marine regulations and protocols
• Strong leadership and team collaboration
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Able to motivate in a challenging work environment
• Good in planning, organising, interpersonal skills and able to work independentlyAble to be deployed for long term overseas assignments when required

• Leads the engineering and design of topsides modules
• Ensures compliance with marine industry standards and safety regulations
• Manages issues across various engineering disciplines (e.g. process, structural, electrical)
• Facilitates seamless communication between engineering
• Oversees topsides projects from concept to execution
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration
• Identifies and addresses risks related to topsides design, fabrication, and installation
• Maintains comprehensive topsides documentation
• Provides regular progress reports
• Continuously improves topsides performance through effective management
• Prioritises safety in all topsides engineering activities
