JOB SUMMARY:

Works closely with Assistant CFO to support cash management function for the hospital district. Supports Accountant and Accounting Assistant with all cash related issues. Supports Grant reporting and provides annual financial and state audit assistance. Responsible for weekly and monthly cash reporting. Provides financial information and analysis to improve OMC’s financial and operational performance. Responsible for financial analysis for the organization. Assist with monthly close, as well as internal and external audits. Supervises Accountant and Accounting Assistant. Performs special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree including college level accounting and finance courses required.
  • Master’s in business administration or similar preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Five years of progressing accounting experience, financial analysis, statistical reporting and the preparation of financial statements, as well as treasury management and public funds investments preferred.
