Responsibilities:
The Assistant Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing daily treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and analysis. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide key insights on cashflow and liquidity maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of cash reporting and forecasting.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor, forecast, and manage daily/weekly/monthly cash positions.
- Treasury Operations: Oversee and execute internal cash transfers, external fund transfers (ACH/Wire) for payment, and management of liquidity.
- Reporting: Prepare and present treasury reports, including cash flow analysis, and liquidity forecasting to CCRM CFO and UWH VP of Treasury Operations.
- Financial Analysis: Provide insights and analysis to management on treasury activities and trends that exist within the company.
- Compliance: Coordination, execution and maintenance of banking documentation, policies and procedures and identification and implementation of best practices.
- Debt Management: Manage and maintain loan schedules and agreements that exist with Care Centers within the CCRM network and to UWH.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance treasury processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure alignment on cash management, funding needs, and financial strategies.
