We’re actively seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our team as we gear up for the spectacular grand opening. This is your opportunity to dive into an exhilarating new chapter for Brisbane!
Be part of a harmonious blend of classic European elegance and Australian charm in this new role as the Assistant Venue Manager for The Star Brisbane’s Sky Deck masterpiece, Aloria. You will work closely with Aloria’s Venue Manager to ensure smooth operations of our poolside venues. You will assist with managing and developing team members to ensure efficient and effective operations are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager in the development and implementation of business plans for F&B venues
  • Implement strategies to increase repeat guests and positive guest experiences
  • Manage the operational requirements of the venue and provide leadership and direction
  • Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery effective and efficient
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards are maintained
  • Ensure the department is compliant with policies, procedures - including Liquor Licensing, WH&S and Food Safety
