We’re actively seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our team as we gear up for the spectacular grand opening. Dive into an exciting new role as the Assistant Venue Manager for The Star Brisbane’s upcoming Pool Bar, featuring three stunning infinity-edge pools, a stylish poolside bar, and luxurious steam rooms and saunas. Ready to take the plunge? You will work closely with our Venue Managers to ensure smooth operations of our poolside venues. You will assist with managing and developing team members to ensure efficient and effective operations are achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in the development and implementation of business plans for F&B venues
- Implement strategies to increase repeat guests and positive guest experiences
- Manage the operational requirements of the venue and provide leadership and direction
- Maintain a guest focus in all services, ensuring that guest service delivery effective and efficient
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards are maintained
- Ensure the department is compliant with policies, procedures - including Liquor Licensing, WH&S and Food Safety
