Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Effectively manage the daily operations of deposits and remittances, including general teller, exchange and other service support, to improve operational efficiency and meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Accept deposits in accordance with regulations in order to reduce the branch’s capital costs and needs. To prevent illegal money laundering in accordance with regulations.
- Correctly review and release outgoing and incoming remittance messages to avoid transaction errors and currency mismatches.
- Responsible for operation review /approval and external signing of relevant business documents.
- In accordance with the export business operating procedures and relevant regulations, manage export business.
- In accordance with the import business operating procedures and relevant regulations, manage the import business.
- Manage transaction vouchers, account books, debt certificates, collateral collection and related credit documents and files for credit operations.
- Responsible for supervising the back-end delivery staff to carry out the preparation of various transaction control, country, counterparty, market risk control, and inter-bank deposit limit control and other operations to proceed smoothly.
- Other GM assign jobs.
REQUIREMENTS
1.10-year experience in banking industry.
2. Familiar with regulatory reporting.
3. Ability to converse and write fluent English and Chinese to liaise with Head Office in Taiwan.
4. Understand control function within the organization and financing decisions.
5. Provide leadership on data and technology infrastructure requirements to support forward looking risk control framework, methodologies and processes.
6. Identify and effect change when required and advocate the need for integrated risk management
