JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an Assistant Vice President to manage compensation and benefits role and ensure achievement of business targets through stakeholder engagement and efficient and effective delivery of HR functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic (preferable)
  • Excellent Problem solving abilities
  • Excellent Interpersonal and negotiations skills

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manages the compensation and benefits role including but not limited to; payroll administration, promotion and salary increases
  • Manages manpower vis-à-vis positions utilization
  • Prepares documents that need to be submitted for all promotion and salary increase cases
  • Manages manpower planning tracker on an up to date basis
  • Prepare promotion and salary increase letters
  • Prepare offer letters for new recruits
  • Prepare Job Description and all documents required for the Job Evaluation of the position
  • Regularly coordinates with external parties for the completion of tasks at hand
  • Represent the company with external parties. Provide regular reports for dashboard
  • Any other tasks assigned by LM & management

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • More than 10 Years of experience as an HR Generalist and Specialist.
  • Holding a Bachelors / Master’s degree with specialization in HR / Personnel Management & Business Administration
  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Have worked in compensation and benefits area including payroll administration
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
