A renowned global finance organisation is seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Vice President, Financial Engineering with a specialism in AI & Data Science to become an integral part of their Krakow team. This exciting opportunity involves the development of Python-based solutions for finance business teams and pioneering advances in Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python-based financial solutions, especially in Generative AI.
• Lead research and development to refine AI techniques and data science methodologies.
• Conduct thorough testing to assure the quality of data inputs and outputs.
• Maintain and enhance the codebase, contributing to all software development facets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, interpreting needs and driving projects to completion.
• Contribute to strategic development, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering data science solutions.
• Proficient in Python and strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with cloud-based APIs for Large Language Models.
• Experience in software engineering architecture and multi-tier solutions.
• Knowledge of modern agile and project management practices.
