Our client, a world-class financial services organisation, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Vice President to lead their Reporting Operations team in Krakow, Poland. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Assistant Vice President will play a pivotal role in the preparation of regulatory reports, providing expertise on Risk Weighted Assets (RWAs) and contributing to the strategic development of stress-testing returns. This position offers a chance to drive transformation within regulatory reporting and have a significant impact on the company’s adherence to local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate regulatory reporting returns to meet local authority standards
  • Offer expert knowledge on RWAs and assist in the assembly of stress-testing returns
  • Aid in the progression of regulatory reporting system enhancements
  • Utilise SQL and VBA to streamline reporting processes

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of Basel regulations and RWA risk classification
  • Demonstrable expertise in generating regulatory returns and conducting impact assessments
  • Proficiency in SQL and VBA tools
