Your New Challenge You will be instrumental in our specialised Liquidity Reporting team, which is integral to our Global Finance Operations. This role requires a professional with expertise in financial vulnerability assessment and risk management through detailed liquidity and funding risk analysis, utilizing Basel metrics to fortify our bank’s resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and critique comprehensive Liquidity reports, such as Internal Liquidity Metrics, PRA 110, LCR and NSFR reports, along with Additional Monitoring Metrics, ALCO packs, and other pertinent liquidity analyses.
  • Launch and govern new reporting frameworks, ensuring strict compliance with both internal and regulatory standards.
  • Establish and uphold stringent Reconciliation & Validation protocols to ensure accounting consistency across all reporting.
  • Guide regional and international finance teams with authoritative best practices.
  • Meticulously document procedural gaps and prepare detailed justifications for each phase of the consolidation process.
  • Oversee the evolution of processes in line with our strategic Target Operating Model.

What You Need to Succeed

  • An advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field, coupled with 8+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis within the IFRS and IAS framework.
  • Proficient in Product Control, reporting, reconciliation processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Balance Sheets and financial market products.
  • Exceptional analytical acuity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid grasp of the impact of financial products on banking operations.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases is desirable, and any experience with Front Office trading systems is beneficial.
