    Salary Range: $104,185 - $234,420

    Qualifications
    Master’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and seven (7) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Oversight: Provide senior leadership, direction, and management oversight to Student Health Services, Counseling Services, Health Promotion and Prevention, Campus Recreation, Disability Support Services, and Veteran’s Services.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate health, wellness, and student support services to align with student development and the University’s mission.
  • Program & Project Management: Initiate and coordinate programs and capital projects to support the financial growth and development of the University.
  • Fiscal Management: Oversee the financial security, fiscal management, and sound business practices of reporting units.
  • Policy Interpretation: Perform management and supervision of policy and guideline interpretation, addressing both people and business-related challenges.
  • Long-Range Planning: Implement long-range goals, planning, and methodologies in a dynamic environment with emerging technologies, competing priorities, and changing politics.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with administrators, faculty, staff, and students to foster a cooperative and inclusive university environment.
