Responsibilities:
- POE (Point of Experience) Support: Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand’s image standards/guidelines are met and that online and offline customer experiences seamlessly link to each other.
- New Stores & Refits: Modify point of sale navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering point of sale testers, and visuals.
- Building & Maintaining Key Visual Merchandising Databases: Ensure the lightbox database and Visual Merchandising counter master plan are always up to date.
- Visual Merchandising calendar: Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate point of sale on counter dates and provide updates for each launch.
- Excellence: Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
- Project management: Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.
- Control and manage VM costs for both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines. Supported by the analyst and guided by the Head of VM.
- Field merchandising support: dedicate 5 to 10% of the time to directly overseeing the London top doors and providing detailed reports.
