Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

Position Responsibilities

  • Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
  • Gain hands-on warehouse training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
  • Uphold exceptional levels of team accuracy, safety and performance.
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • 5+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers, guiding a 20+ employee team.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
