Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support day to day planning of deliveries to ensure timely and efficient response to customer needs
• Ensure effective deployment of resources to meet daily operation targets
• Review daily operational procedures and plans to support continual process flow improvement, productivity and operations efficiency
• Lead and provide guidance to fellow team members
• Conduct investigation and provide corrective and preventive measures to resolve delivery issues when required
• Ensure compliance of safety standards across the distribution team
• Adhere and ensure that the team follows safety protocols to avoid any personal injury / property damage
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
• Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department.

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE A Level certification and above
• 3 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required
• Good Knowledge of warehouse operations
• Effective communication
