JOB DETAILS:

• Basic + AWS + VB

• Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)

• Working hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays)

• Location: Yio Chu Kang

• Monitor warehouse assistants;
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production;
• Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Planning for future capacity requirements;
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation;
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;
• Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
