Description:
Location: West Singapore (Marine Vessel)
The Assistant Workshop Manager will support the Workshop Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marine diesel engine workshop. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring the maintenance and repair of marine diesel engines meet high standards of quality and efficiency, and coordinating with other departments to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marine diesel engine maintenance and repair.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marine diesel engines and related systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
