Requirements:
- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- At least 6 months to 1 year working in a technician training capacity and experience assembling heavy equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- General mechanical/electronics knowledge with electromechanical devices
- Should be able to read mechanical drawings/electronic schematics
- Proficient in the use of basic hand tools, calipers, multimeters, computers, and other basic electronic instruments
- Self-driven, performance driven individual who is able to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of pressure testing/hydraulics or testing using LabVIEW or similar software will be an added advantage
- Ability to perform shift wor
Responsibilities:
- Performs routine testing/analyzing using defined and well documented/proven procedures
- Responsible for assembly and testing of electro/mechanical downhole tools
- Follow all established manufacturing procedures and processes to ensure reliable and quality end products with complying to the safety rules and regulations
- Work from engineering drawings, follow formal procedures, and document results to ensure quality customers
