You will join team of highly experienced Special Counsel, Senior Associates & fellow Associates whilst receiving first-class support from our dedicated Paralegals and Legal Secretaries – enabling you to thrive in the fast-paced world of insurance litigation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• We are looking for a strong litigator with 2-5 years’ PQE in liability, casualty claims or general insurance
• You will possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Demonstrate the proven ability to manage your own time with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and integrity; displaying the highest standard of professional ethics
• Flexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as required
• A natural team player ready to assist and support colleagues where necessary
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to further your career at Kennedys

Kennedys is seeking a highly motivated Associate with 2-5 years’ PQE to join our established Liability team based in our growing Sydney office.
Working closely with two specialist Partners, Peter Craney & Chris Finn, this is an unique opportunity for a motivated Associate to gain hands-on exposure to predominantly personal injury, public and products liability, property damage and recovery claims, with the potential to be involved in some interesting first party property, marine, and aviation matters, across the liability/insurance practice.
